Persona 3 at 20: The PS2 RPG That Made Every Day Matter
Atlus originally released Persona 3 for the PlayStation 2 in Japan on July 13, 2006. North American players received it on August 14, 2007, with the European release following in early 2008. Depending on where you lived, then, your personal twentieth-anniversary memories may arrive a little later. Historically, however, 2026 marks two decades since the game first introduced players to Gekkoukan High School, Tartarus, the Dark Hour, and one of the most unforgettable casts of the PS2 era.
