The Punisher Sega Genesis: Frank Castle’s Arcade War Comes Home
Released by Capcom in 1993, this side-scrolling beat ’em up took Frank Castle’s relentless war on crime and translated it into a loud, violent, wonderfully destructive arcade experience. Criminals poured onto the screen, furniture shattered, firearms appeared without warning, and nearly anything within reach could become a weapon. Add Nick Fury as the second playable character, and the result was one of the most memorable cooperative brawlers of its era.
